Couldn’t be more disappointed

Total disappointment never got the product, order the shoes two times items were in stock never to tell me why they were not shipped

Far too narrow for a "medium" width. Must return

These shoes are so adorable in person. My daughter was ecstatic to receive them in the mail. Unfortunately, when she tried them on, she was heartbroken. They were fine in length but my gosh, they were so.very.narrow! Shoes are usually a loose on her foot but these shoes were so tight. We could barely get her foot in or the strap closed. They are purported to be a medium width. We've never had to purchase a wide width. Expect a very narrow shoe.
