HOW OUR BOGO PROMOTIONS WORK
Items purchased during BOGO promotions are viewed in groups. When purchasing two items during a BOGO promotion, the promotional discount will be equal to the lowest priced item, then applied to each item on a prorated basis.
- Will I get a refund if I return an item purchased as part of a BOGO promotion?
- Any item purchased during a BOGO promotion may be returned for an exchange or refund subject to the below and our return policy. Please see the Shipping & Returns FAQ section for more information on our return policy.
- Returns
- If you choose to return any item purchased through a BOGO promotion, your refund will be equal to the price of the item less the prorated discount. For example, if your first qualifying item is $50 and your second qualifying item is $30, the $50 item will be discounted by $18 and the $30 item will be discounted by $12, which provides you with a total discount of $30 (i.e. the value of the lesser priced item). If either item is returned, the return value will be equal to the original purchase price reduced by its prorated discount. Your refund will be credited to your original form of payment.

HOW DO I USE MY FAVORITES?
If you are a Keds account member, you can save your favorites. It's an amazing way to keep track of what you love, save it for later, get updates, and share with friends and family. Here's how it works:
- Log in with your Keds membership. Not a member? create an account
- Your Favorites are already waiting—just add things you want to save using the heart icon on the product image.
- Want to view your Favorites? Go to your account and click the heart icon.
- Buying something from your Favorites list is simple-just click "Add to Bag" and check out as usual.
- It’s easy to share your Favorites on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, email and text
- While on your Favorites page, check the items you would like to share, choose “Share” at the top, then copy the link or email your Favorites.
WHY DO THE SHOES I RECEIVED HAVE A DIFFERENT LABEL THAN WHAT IS SHOWN ONLINE?
We’ve made a slight update to the branding on our shoes which is reflected in the product imagery on site. Depending on inventory levels, you may receive product that features a slightly darker shade of blue on the labels with a back heel tab that has “Keds” in white. Rest assured, this is not a mistake—they are still the classic blue label sneakers you know and love.
