CALIFORNIA TRANSPARENCY IN SUPPLY CHAINS ACT OF 2010

The California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (SB 657) requires that retailers and manufacturers doing business in the state of California disclose what efforts (if any) are being taken to eradicate slavery and human trafficking from its direct supply chain for tangible goods offered for sale.

Our factory partners align with our company values. 

We require our factory partners to comply with our Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct requires our factory partners to comply with all laws, rules and regulations applicable to the manufacture of goods, the facilities where they are made, and accommodations made available to workers. As part of that commitment, our Code of Conduct specifically prohibits any prison, indentured, bonded, involuntary labor, or labor obtained through human trafficking.
