The laces are the issue
The issue is really the laces. These are advertised as slip-on shoes with elastic laces. The ends of the laces are stylishly knotted, not tie-able. But there really isn't that much elasticity in the laces. For those who said they can't get the shoe on their foot, it's because the opening of the shoe can't open wide enough. After unknotting the laces, I was able to get the shoe on just fine. So if you are looking for real leather tennis shoes and you're willing to replace the laces with traditional or more elastic ones, these are a good bargain on sale. If Keds design people are reading this, you should re-think the lacing system and use the bliss arch insoles instead of the bliss foam.
