Love the roomy toe box. Unfortunately, like most shoes, the manufacturer thinks that if the toe is wider the heel must be wider also. So my only complaint about this shoe is that the heel continually slips around, feeling unsteady.

Ordered these shoes because they have a wide toe box and seemed to be what I needed for work as I am on my feet all day walking. Wore them the first day and they were very comfortable and my feet felt great. Next day went to put them on with a thicker sock so I had to wiggle my foot into shoe to get them on and noticed the cushion bump on the back of heel got smushed and kinda rolled up tried everything to get it back into place but nothing worked so I called and they sent a replacement out but when that arrived the left foot was a size bigger then the right foot even though the tags were the same size. It also was shaped completely different it’s like they were a completely different style shoe. Pros: If you manage to get a good pair they r super comfortable and fit nice very lightweight and breathable. Cons: the laces should be a bit longer so they are easier to get on and they need to do better with the cushion on the back of the heel. Customer service is a nightmare. No English speaking reps and no way to reach an agent in the USA they just read off a script and are very hard to understand. The shipping takes about a full week and always arrives a day after the expected delivery date is posted. Will update when I get the 3rd pair

The "arch" support is basically nonexistent. I will have to add arch supports. The shape and feel of the shoe is great, but the removeable liner with the "arch support" is basically flat. Going back to Skechers Arch Fit.

I’ve had my shoes for a week not and love them! I wish they came with a second set of real laces so you could make them fit more snug of the foot! Looking forward to you making this shoe in a red color with white sole! That would be awesome!

I just got an order of 2 pair of Champs, Navy and White. I love these shoes. I needed a shoe with a wide toe box and these are perfect. I ordered a pair in each color. They are so comfy and I love that they slip on.

Very wide toe box…laces didn’t work for me, changed out with regular ties to get enough support. Seems flimsy, but attracted to washable feature. Not a true white, cream colored. Don’t recommend.
