Color wearing off

These are very cute BUT my daughter has only worn them less than 10 times and all of the colored foil is coming off. I am unable to return since it has been over 30 days and was offered a $5 credit. Terrible quality and I am disappointed that they can’t do more and let me return since they are damaged.
