Other than items marked Final Sale, you may return merchandise at Keds.com for any reason within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please allow 15 days for the return to be received and processed by our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email once the return has been processed and closed. Please note that a one-time $7.95 return fee will be deducted from your return.
One of my shoes busted out after wearing only a handful of times and less than 4 weeks after purchase. Because I did not bring the issue to customer service immediately they told me I was outside the 30 day return window and there was nothing they could do. I wore Keds as a child, and was excited to come back to the brand, but can't purchase another pair if this is their quality now and Keds won't support their customers or stand behind their product. So disappointed.

Look nice but terrible quality
They look nice but the quality is terrible. Only a few months and they are already falling apart. I wasn't even wearing them every day.

Solid soles, strong material, soft, comfy insoles
Just got them today. The soles are solid, the material is neat (even the laces) and they fit so nicely. I can walk, skate, cycle in them. Really cool. And the price is 👍 a-okay.
