Love the MJs, but no go

I really wanted these shoes to work. They’re so cute and they look comfy; I have probably eight pairs of keds of all different styles. However, these are a conundrum. They seemed like they would be all right, but a medium was way too wide on my foot and I tried them with insoles and other kinds of adaptations without success. So, sadly, I must return them. If Keds starts making them in a narrow width, I’ll be right there at the front of the line! thank you.

A cautionary tale, read below.

Size 10 runs about a half size too small. Ordered an 11, it is a LOT bigger. Put my foot into the shoe and the only place it touched my skin was on the sole. The difference in length and volume of the 10 to 11 are massive. I returned both shoes in one package and was only refunded for one pair. I contacted Keds and was told that if I return two orders in the same package (with individual order slip attached to each) they only credit you for one pair. WHAAAT? The customer service agent, while nice and professional stated that was the policy and that her notes indicated that I did indeed return both pair, but I would only be refunded for one. After my protests, I was given a one-time courtesy and was told I would receive a refund for the second pair. I. AM. STILL. WAITING.
