Received my shoes today and they are just like the picture that someone else has posted. I was in complete shock Keds would allow their shipping department to send something like this out, it was laughable. As many shoes as I have ordered from them, I cannot believe that they would allow this to come this way not even looking at all like a bow and all crinkled up!!! definitely will be a return

Shipping was fine, but when the shoe arrived, I was completely disappointed with it. The picture does not represent what you actually receive. The bow is smaller. It was completely crinkled. I could not get the wrinkles out of it. It just looked like it was thrown together I’m more disappointed that I have to pay for the return for an item that clearly looked different than in the pictures. So sad because I really wanted to love these.
