Not to proper size

When I first ordered these they sent 10W when I had order d 9.5M. I wear 9.5M in all keds shoes. They sent me the right size, but the problem is the 9.5M are too small. Like a whole size too small. The 10W are too wide, but fit better than the size that should fit. It’s so strange.
