Keds Pursuit Wool Slip On

I wanted to come back and leave a review because these shoes exceeded my expectations. I bought them because they were slip ons and available in wide width. The wides fit comfortably as I had hoped. But most impressively, I just spent the last hour walking around in the snow with these on and my feet were surprisingly warm and dry. If these were available as a boot, I would buy those too!

I’m honestly really upset about my recent experience with Keds. I bought two pairs of sneakers, and when they arrived, they were too small and narrow. I went to the store to return them, but I had lost my receipt — and to make things worse, the day I lost it, I was in a car accident. It was a really difficult moment for me. I explained everything to an agent named Matt, hoping he would understand my situation, but he told me he had to follow company protocol and couldn’t help. I left feeling defeated — not only do I not have the sneakers, but I also felt like no one cared to even try to help. I’ve always thought Keds was a brand that cared about its customers, but this experience truly changed that for me. Sometimes it’s not about the policy — it’s about a little empathy and humanity.

I love this shoe. It's an upgraded version of a sneaker -- casually comfortable, handsome, and even warm for colder weather because of its wool upper fabric. Couldn't be better in any way.

The reason I’m giving 3 starts is because the insert was changed from the colors beforehand. The insert isn’t cushiony as the flecked or light gray colored slip ons which happens to be the same style. This impacts the quality of the shoe overall
