Comfortable and stylish

I absolutely love the shoes, so much so that I got 5 pairs, just went on vacation a did a ton of walking, the shoes were super comfortable and stylish. I’m a huge fan of the brand, own many pairs, definitely recommend.

DIsappointed in size and Customer service agent

Too Small - shoe was too short and toes hit front of shoe. Was very disappointed that the customer service did NOT tell me that I had to pay $7.95 to return them and DID tell me I would receive the full cost back to my card! I also said that they did not fit and he used return reason that I "Changed mind" when I told him that I would be reordering a larger size. I had better not have to pay for re-shipping! This may be the end of my Keds collection!!
