Velcro won’t stay shut
The strap will not stay closed on the Velcro part and it comes off of my grandchild and they’re walking

My favorites!!
I have bought multiple pairs of these shoes in all colors for at least 3 years for my granddaughter, who is now 5. They always look brand new, and she wears them until she outgrows them, and I buy the next size. She wears a school uniform, and the navy patent looks so nice with it. Wish I could still find the red patent ones.

Too Small
I bought this shoe this month and had to return because it was too small

Quality is not good
My daughter wore the pink pair maybe 3 times and the bottom came completely unattached from the white that goes around the edge of the shoe. I contacted customer service and the most they offered was a $10 discount on a new purchase.

Color Coming Off
Wore the shoes for less than 2 weeks and the gold started coming off. Very disappointing for the prices of the shoes.
