The all-new leather Kickback sneaker takes easygoing to a whole new level. For starters, it has an already broken-in feel straight out of the box thanks to relaxed leather uppers, soft and breathable jersey lining, and cushiony footbeds. Add to that the clever slip-on-in-disguise design with its stretch gore on the inside and pull tabs for easy on-and-offs, and they go straight to the top of the sneakers-to-live-in category.

Same shoe ,just different

This is my second pair of this style. The sole of this pair is slightly smaller, both in length and in width at the toe. I loved my first pair and they fit from day one. This pair I really want to love, but it does hurt my foot. I am hoping that the leather fives with more wear and that they become more comfortable

All around disappointing experience

Very disappointed not only with the sneaker but with the responses from customer service. First let me say this sneaker runs very very narrow. I ordered my normal 8 and I couldn’t get my foot in it. I also have a wider foot so there’s no way these would work for me.
They did process a label for the return for which I’m grateful however I ran into multiple roadblocks trying to get assistance:
1: I never received a confirmation email with my order so it made the return process a little more difficult.
2: I tried processing the return online and it wouldn’t allow me to proceed past a certain point
3: when calling in I chose the return option which only gave recorded instructions on how to complete the return online. Since the site had issues this wasn’t helpful. It said if you need further assistance press 1 for the main menu. It doesn’t take you to the main menu it just plays the online return instructions again. Not helpful.
I simply wanted the representative to be aware and to forward these issues so they can be fixed. Instead he just said the label is processed, this is fixed and rushed me off the phone. I won’t be ordering from here again and will steer clear of Keds products.

Ordered my usual size and they were way too small. Ordered the next size up and the pair that was sent was clearly previously used with dirty soles and dirt smeared on the sides of the shoes. I did try them on just to see if it was the right size and they were too large so I’m not sure if the first pair was sized correctly.
