I wear a women's 5.5 Wide, and as someone with a very small foot but a slightly wider toe area, I wanted to share my personal experience.The good news is that the shoe appears to be made of genuine leather. It also seems well constructed and is very lightweight. Unfortunately, that's where the positives ended for me.The leather felt extremely stiff and quickly became uncomfortable, causing my feet to hurt. I also found the cushioning to be almost nonexistent. The insole felt very thin and flat, more like a pancake than a supportive insert.If you're expecting the comfort of a supportive walking shoe, this isn't it. I kept thinking, "Maybe these would be okay just to walk from my car into a restaurant," but even that didn't seem realistic. I don't think going up a size would have solved the problem because the overall support and cushioning just aren't there. At 56 years old, my feet appreciate a little more cushioning and support, and these simply weren't comfortable. I can see these working better for someone younger who doesn't have foot, knee, or hip issues, but they just weren't the right shoe for me.

Nicely made but unfortunately to big! Always have worn a size 9 in Keds period. These run a half to a whole size bigger! Unfortunate.

Great shoe for cooler days

Quality shoe

Returned Shoes - Customer Service Nightmate
I received an email to rate the shoes, but the page keeps glitching and deleting my review - so I'm giving it even fewer stars. The shoes were a little wider/bigger than I anticipated but were cute otherwise! I returned these shoes, which means I shouldn't have gotten this survey but I also haven't gotten a refund after following the right steps and contacting customer service and being told it was coming since they could confirm they received my return. Everything about buying these shoes has been a hassle and while they were cute - I will not ordering through Ked's website again. I'd rather go to a store or another vendor with easier returns. I caution you to only buy if you are sure you are going to keep them.

returning
Finding this happening a lot with lots of companies -these are not leather as described . They also run large . Returning them as quality is not what they use to be .I have several paire of keds that are at least 10 years old. They are real leather or suede and still in great condition with regular wearing of them

So-so
Been wearing these for awhile, but I’m not as happy with them as I hoped I would be. No arch support and the insole isn’t removable. Bothers my feet after wearing awhile. These run narrow, which is good for me because I have a narrow foot.
