Not the same as older style
My dog ate my old beloved keds so I tried to replace them with this style. It was the closest I could find but it’s not close enough. Wrong color, width too small. The sole and support seems decent for keds. Returning.

Great comfy, casual sneaker
Perfect casual shoe that can be even be sported in some "dressy" casual settings. Could use a bit more arch support, but were still comfortable after walking and dancing in them for a few hours.

Love These
I had purchased and returned a pair of Champions because they did not fit correctly so I was very happy toto receive an email telling me that this sneaker was available. They have a larger toe box, which saved the day for me! I put them on and it seemed like I had worn them forever. The only thing that I didn't particularly like was that they seemed a bit clunky on my feet, but not enough for me to stop wearing them. They also feel true to size and come in different colors.

VERY Disappointed.
I purchased 3 pair of shoes direct from your company. The first pair a few years a go was perfect. Loved the fit and the quality. The second pair, I purchased what I thought was the same shoe but it was a different style completely. It dod not fit correctly and I gave that pair away to someone. The shoe I am reviewing today is what I believe was the same shoe as the very first pair I purchased. It is the same style but the quality has changed. The canvas is different. The shoe is a slight bit taller in height. The metal holes for the shoestrings are larger and cut into my foot. I had to get a "press" to smashe the metal holes down so that they would not rub into my skin when I walk. No doubt I will not be ordering from you in the future. It is sad because Keds were always my favorite shoe. Things and companies change.

Good basic shoe
I appreciate the quality and general price point for this basic, utilitarian shoe. I get years worth of frequent wear from this style. I’d love a wider selection of “fabrics” in size 11+ to include cute, versatile prints, e.g. cherries, calico print, pinstripes, chambray, etc. All in all, a valuable shoe in the collection!

Great looking, nice fit
These are just what I was looking for. A classic, clean, white sneaker in WIDE! I have a very hard time with fit, because I have a wide width foot across the ball of my foot (from pinky toe to big toe across). I loved Keds as a kid and haven't tried them in years, because I generally need more support and have the width issue. I ordered two pairs to give Kids a try in the wide, once I found that Keds had wides. The classic Keds didn't work well for me, as they didn't have enough support and also felt a little long. This pair has a bit more structure to them, while still having the classic, simple, clean lines of the traditional ones. The fit was very good, but a little too long (just a smidge, but with socks it's not an issue). I may try a 7 1/2 wide in the future instead of an 8 wide, which is my usual size in other brands. Personally, I wear a walking sneaker when I'm going the distance anywhere. For me, these are more of a fashion sneaker that will go with anything, look nice and feel good bopping around doing errands and doing summertime casual social things. I'm not sure how they would do for all day walking yet... but I'm really glad I found these. Thank you Keds for making wides!!!
