Run small
I wanted some mules and found these. I figured they were perfect for what I wanted. I measured my foot (25.5cm) and that told me I should order an 8.5 but I normally wear a 9 in all shoes so ordering an 8.5 made me nervous. I ordered a 9 and they are way too small. I want to reorder them because they are cute but my problem is I'm not sure whether to order a 9.5 or a 10.

EXTREMELY NARROW!
Extremely NARROW. Purchased these at the very end of May. Missed the return window so I am stuck with brand new sneakers in the box that are so narrow a child couldn't even wear. Poor customer service since these are not a discontinued item and are still available for purchase.

Super Cute, But Tiny Lip on Back Rubs Heels!
Such a cute mule sneaker, but the tiny lip on the back ruined these shoes for me. I didn't notice the tiny lip at the back of the heel when I ordered them. The lip constantly gives a light scrape to the back of my heels, and I know after a short time of wearing these shoes this slight scrape would not only cause blisters, but would be annoying. I had to return because of the slight lip rub on back of upper heels.

Stick with the white!
I wish i could rate these between 3 and 4 stars. I have the same style in white canvas and also white leather and those fit perfectly. These are narrower, I need to use longer laces and the fit isn't as nice. These feel about 1/2 size smaller than the others I have and even though I ordered navy. in person they look black. So, while I'll keep them, I am not thrilled.

Cute but uncomfortable to walk in
I bought these recently and I didn’t expect them to be even less comfortable than slip on scandals. They look cute though and I have managed to keep them clean.

Nice Sneakers But Way Too Narrow!!!
Please save yourself a return and order these particular sneakers 1/2 a size larger. I wear a 7, ordered the 7.5 from past experience, and they just fit. The problem with these are that they are way too narrow. You have NO room around the toe box and on the sides. My foot is narrow, but not THIS narrow. I imagine over time they may loosen up a bit, but I'm not going to find out, they are unfortunately going back.

Nope!
Very rough and uncomfortable on the top of my foot. Unfortunately, I waited too long to wear them so now I am stuck with an expensive and uncomfortable pair of sneakers. I have them in white leather and they are much more comfortable!

Comfortable and pretty
This is my favorite. It's so comfortable, and the platform is perfect. I just ordered it again in blue. If there are any other colors, I'd order those too for sure 😊

Great Fit!
These run true to size. I have narrow feet and they didn’t slide off or feel to wide. The insole is cushioned and felt great all day. I’m a school counselor so I’m on my feet most of the day and these shoes never hurt.

bad fit
very uncomfortable overall, especially in the toe area and really difficult to keep on your feet...I am returning and being penalized in the form of $5 being deducted from my return amount per the company policy...so buyer beware, if you are concerned about fit (who isn't when purchasing online) do not order unless you are prepared to pay more to return them, it's unfortunate
