Not Great Construction / Poor customer service

I bought these in Jan 2026. By Mar 1st the eyelets were pulling away from the shoe. When I emailed customer service they told me they would only give me $10 on the purchase of a new pair of shoes because I ordered them over 30 days ago. I didn't even have them a month with the shipping time.
The reason I gave 2 stars is because they are the most comfortable shoes I've owned.

cheaply made

very frustrated. The last pair I had lasted over 3 years. These fell apart within days. I was going to send them back, but I missed the window. They don't fit (too tight) and they are not comfortable either. Bring back the old Keds! (P.S. my previous purchases were through DSW and are not listed on this account in case staff is looking).

Amazing Comfort

Purchased a size 11 and the fit is perfect for feet that are a size 10 and 10.5 as I prefer to wear a thicker sock for extra cushioning. This shoe is like pillows on your feet, very lightweight and comfortable. Due to this cushioning around the whole foot, the shoes don’t make your feet look slim and cute but if you are looking for a nice looking and cushiony shoe, this is it. No break in period, just put them on and went about my day. For the price, it is amazing how comfortable these are as I have paid much, much more for far less comfort.
