Shipping Information

Keds.com offers four shipping options: Standard Delivery, Express Delivery, and Rush Delivery.

Orders can be shipped anywhere in the 50 United States.

Orders that will be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and US Virgin Islands will have a $10 shipping charge for air service.

Order Confirmation

When you place an order on Keds.com, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. If you don't receive this email, contact Customer Service.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been filled, you will receive a Shipping Notification email. This email will include your tracking number.

Cancelling Orders

At Keds, our goal is to expedite your order as quickly as possible; therefore, once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled. If you have questions about making a return once received please refer to our return policy or contact Customer Service at 800-680-0966 between the hours of Mon-Fri, 8am-9pm ET, Sat/Sun, 9am-6pm ET.
