Nice shoes but maybe not tough enough
My 23 month old son looks cute in these shoes and seems to find them comfortable! I like them because the are easy to coordinate with casual and dressier outfits. However, Charlie has worn them for a week and they are looking old fast. The navy rubber trim on the outside of the shoe (wraps around the white area of the sole) is coming off on one of his shoes. Overall I'm still happy with them but will probably have to replace them faster than I have had to replace other shoes, and will not be able to consign them, because of their appearance. Bottom line, toddlers are rough on shoes.

Too stiff-soled for new walkers
I'm about to send back the keds I ordered for my grandson. He's a new walker, and they're just not flexible enough.
They're as cute as can be, and I'm heartbroken that I can't keep them, and I definitely will re-order larger ones when he's older, but for now, they just don't work.
It seems as if they have one machine that forms the same thickness soles for all their shoes, no matter what size they are. It seems they are somewhat cognizant of the problem. because they do cut vertical slices in the soles of these little ones to help them bend, it seems, and for older toddlers that would probably be fine, but as I say, they're too stiff for a new walker.

Love this classic!
I was so excited to find this available online, especially when I could not find it locally in stores. I love the way it looks on my little boy and he loves the way he can run and play comfortably in them. Wish there were more colors! Also loved how quickly they arrived after we ordered them.

really cute big girl or big boy looking shoe for a little girl or boy
It is hard to find wide widths for my special needs granddaughter. Her new Keds are so cute and with the laces they will open up a bit more for her foot.
