Keds.com offers three shipping options, Standard Delivery, Express Delivery and US Postal Service. Orders can be shipped anywhere in the 50 United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands. Shipping occurs during normal business days (Monday – Friday), excluding postal holidays.

A $10.00 surcharge will be applied to all orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands and may take extra delivery time. Orders to APO/FPO will be shipped USPS and may take extra delivery time.
Order Status and Tracking
When you place an order on Keds.com, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. If you don't receive this email, contact Customer Service. Once your order has been filled, you will receive a Shipping Notification email. This email will include your tracking number.
Tracking Your Order
If your package was shipped via UPS, you can track your order on their website (www.ups.com) using the tracking number provided in the shipping notification email.
