We want you to have a positive experience when ordering from keds.com. If you are not satisfied with your order, we want to make it right!
However, please note that for Custom Keds, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. As each shoe is customized for you, all sales are final with the exception of manufacturing defects. For all other Keds orders, please read below:
For returns:
Please follow the simple instructions located on the back of your keds.com order invoice. keds.com will gladly accept returns for merchandise purchased through keds.com and that meet the following conditions:
1) Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and received WITHIN 60 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE(INVOICE DATE). Orders returned beyond this time period will not be accepted. keds.com reserves the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.
2) Return merchandise should be packed in its original packaging (both inside Keds box and outside shipping package, if in suitable condition) with the completed packing slip found on the back of the original invoice and returned to the address on the order invoice.
3) We highly recommend return merchandise be shipped through UPS who will provide a tracking number and insurance automatically with each shipment. We cannot be responsive to your request without your return in hand. We would hate if something happened to your return in transit and you were unable to track it!
A credit for the value of the returned merchandise should appear on the original credit card used to purchase the item(s). We do not reimburse shipping charges. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For more information, please contact your credit card company.
For exchanges:
At this time, we cannot offer exchanges for your returned merchandise. We suggest you follow the return procedures to return unwanted merchandise and simultaneously place a new order for the replacement merchandise through keds.com. This will allow us to transact your replacement request more quickly and more securely. Please be assured, we will process your return immediately upon receipt, crediting your account as necessary.
For wrong item(s) shipped:
If we made an error on your order, keds.com will gladly reimburse you for your reasonable return ground shipping charge upon receipt of your merchandise. Shipping reimbursement and a credit for the cost of the returned merchandise will be issued to the original credit card used to purchase the item(s). The credit should appear on your statement within the next 1 - 2 billing cycles.
